Hello! We are renting our newly renovated BASEMENT SUITE and it has a separate entrance located in Pickering, Ontario. It is a separate unit with 1 bedroom, private living room, private bathroom and private kitchen. You have your privacy! It has brand new appliances. They are all stainless steel. Our home is steps to the bus stop which will take you to the public Go Transit system. The Go trains will take you 25minutes express trains to downtown Toronto Union station. Go buses are also available to take you directly to most Universities like Centennial College Morningside or University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. There is bus to York University as well. We are very close proximity to Centennial College Pickering Learning Site, Durham College and Herzing Institute. There are also few attractions in our neighborhood like 5 minute walk to Lake Ontario and 10minute walk to Petticoat Creek Conservation Area.*Complimentary light breakfast is included and meals can be negotiated.
