I have a studio flat in Dalry Ayrshire which am renovating and could have ready for end of this month . This wouldn’t be shared , as have a other property which have almost completed renovating and living in this with my partner . Do have a conservatory at the flat which will be turning into a office space , which will only use for a few hours a week . This has a separate entry though you can use this space also This is a ground floor flat with four separate area Bathroom with walk in shower, Living area with reclining couch TV / projector and pull down double bed , Fitted Kitchen and Sun Room / office space. The flat is not shared and only I will be using the office space , which has separate access , so not encroaching on your privacy. Though compact I have incorporated a lot of built in storage
