The rent can be paid monthly if the stay exceeds 2 months. The cancellation is flexible accordingly with the stay: contract up to 1 month needs to have a 7 days notice; up to 3 months(89 days) needs to have 14 days notice; from 3 up to 6 months (179 days) needs to have 21 days notice and more than 6 months needs to have 30 days notice in order to have the right for refund. Please note the deposit is variable: for stays up to 2 months the security deposit is 450£ and needs to pay upon confirmation of the booking. For stays higher than 3 months the security deposit is 650£.
