Hello, Looking for the right roommate to join the house beginning of December. I just turned 40, from Hawaii, Asian American, laid back and work as a Designer. The house feels like home, safe, lqbtq friendly, comfortable, nice neighborhood and has a very relaxed vibe. Centrally located by Ikea/ Durango Station. 2 living rooms, pool, W/D on site, reach in Closet, shared bathroom, 10'0" x 10'0" dimension (fits a queen with night stands) and readily available street parking. You should be tidy, considerate, and just be a good person. No one into hard drugs, gardening is fine, and no smoking in the house and no pets. Looking at end of November or December first. The accommodations come with utilities, wifi, may come furnished or not, security system, and 2 great people. Background check will be run, and first month down payment and rent on the 1st.
