Situated in a quiet road 15 minutes walk from the centre of Christchurch, and 15 minutes drive to the nearest beach. The local public transport (bus and rail) is easy and quick to access, and access to the main road through Dorset (A31) is 10 minutes away. I am employed part-time in the town, and have been previously employed in the hospitality industry. The house has been renovated to a high standard, all rooms are large with ensuites, there is free use of a separate kitchen facility which opens onto a sun-trapping balcony. Cooked breakfast available on request, otherwise continental breakfast included in price. Large well-maintained garden accessible with a barbecue area. Smoking allowed outside. Owner has no pets, and pets are not allowed.
