Hello, I am currently looking for a person for a short term on rue Saint-Zotique (next to Beaubien). Private room with single bed available at $800/month all expenses included in a 4 and a half (2 bedrooms, living room-kitchen and bathroom) fully furnished with terrace. You will therefore have the room that you can see in the photo. 10 minutes walk from the Belanger stop (blue line) and numerous bus stops nearby. Minimum stay from 1 month up to 5 months. Perfect for a short stay. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, wifi... everything is there, except oven. If you are interested, do not hesitate to introduce yourself in a few lines :) In my case, I'm a 27-year-old French guy, pretty chill, I love photography, cinema, and I want to become a sommelier and work in restaurants.
