We live in a 1930's semi on the edge of the historic town of Totnes in the South Hams, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A 20 min walk takes you into the centre of our Elizabethan town and 20 mins the other way takes you down the leafy lanes into the village of Dartington with its chocolate box thatched roof Cott Inn and its historic Dartington Hall and beautiful gardens. Totnes is a great place to stay being central for visits to Torbay, the South Hams Coast, Dartmoor, Exeter and the Ocean City of Plymouth. And of course only 40 mins away from our beautiful neighbour Cornwall.
