Our home has 6 bedrooms , 4 baths, 2 stories and 3600 sq. ft. and a recently upgraded wooden floor on the second floor. I am a retired University of California San Diego (UCSD) medical employee, and my wife is a homemaker. Marc, our eldest son, graduated with a masters in Computer Engineering and lives on his own. David, our youngest son, works in a fine dining restaurant and is still leaving with us.(Free full access to kitchen for you to cook as well) utilities are inclusive ,i.e., electricity, water, Google WiFi internet. - The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, lamp, mirror, refrigerator, air condition, and bookshelves - Looking for a FEMALE single occupancy (your own room not shared); private bathroom. - No drugs, No pets, No party, No overnight guest.
