Elaine Has a House for Rent

Hi! I'm Elaine, I am a friendly Brightonian living in the lovely Fiveways area which is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and bustling North Laines. My house is sunny (not guaranteed unless the sun is out!), clean and tidy, and is a great place to get a good nights sleep in a busy city. I work as a musician and Music Therapist and so I have a busy working schedule. I love meeting new people and having a chat, I can recommend great places for you to go out and will do my best to make sure you're happy here. I have a roof terrace (not a garden) and you would have use of a large kitchen dining room, lovely newly kitted out bathroom, roof terrace and a large bedroom! what's not to like about that! From my side, I would expect my guests to clear up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom and to be respectfully quiet at nights. It's single occupancy room too so no overnight guests please!
