Spacious double bedroom in great location, Two bedroomed house to share with myself, no pets in the house and smoke free. Large rear yard with shed- room for bike. Shared bathroom, dining room, kitchen and lounge. My spare room is currently available for renting out as my previous tenant moved out in August. I don't charge a lot as my kitchen isn't very modern and I am trying to save for one but very useable with washing machine and coffee machine. Near the train station, easy to commute to Warrington, Manchester, Stockport and Liverpool. short drive from the above plus St Helens and Wigan- very easy commute to many hospitals. Walking distance from newton high street. furnished with bedside table, double bed and mattress, central heating and wifi. Very cosy home if I say so myself.
