Unit for homestay: 1 bedroom (150 sq ft), furnished with a bed, mattress, shelves, wall mounted-TV with chromecast, 1 built-in wardrobe and cabinet. Shared living room (210 sq ft, fully furnished), balcony, bathroom and kitchen (70 sq ft, well equipped). A convertible workbench is also included (not in pictures). The room has full privacy as the door can be closed. The washroom would be shared with me. You have to be okay with a dog in the apartment :) I will try my best accommodate any small changes or requests, so feel free to reach out! Pay per use laundry, parking and bicycle cage in access-controlled garage in building. I will be living (and working from home) in the other bedroom of this apartment. I did a masters and PhD in neurobiology and am currently working from home as a scientific cloud data analyst in the life science industry. My spouse needs to travel to India for a month, so I am putting up a room for rent. I love cooking (mostly Indian) food, playing the guitar, endurance sports and live in the 2nd (smaller) bedroom which has the only access to the balcony. I lived in Germany for 9 years before moving to Canada 5 years ago. I speak English, hindi and german fluently and telugu too.
