This is a non-smoking, pet friendly environment for single females, easy going who enjoy making friends. There are two rooms available $1000 each, including utility bills (have to pay first and last month). This is ideal for two friends. You dine your way with access to a shared kitchen. The bathroom and living area are also shared. There is a coin paying laundry in the basement($4.50 for one wash/dryer load). One room is available on April 1, 2025. The other room, larger with two closets, will be available on June 1 which could be for 2 girls $1,200 together. The Condo is clean, quiet, in a beautiful and safe neighboourhood, very popular in the Summer 15 minutes walking to the beaches area of Lake Ontario. It's closed to all amenities and public transportation (20 minutes by Subway to downtown and 10 minutes by Go Train to Union Station downtown, and 35 minutes by street car (tram) to downtown. You must be respectful, tidy and clean up after yourself. No drugs, no dramas, please!
