Mina Has a Flat for Rent

Seeking a female roommate for my place nestled in a condo called the Livmore. Located in High park and beside high park station, the room is partitioned with a curtain and has access to a balcony overlooking east. It's also furnished with 2 shelving units and a large desk if required, and measures to 9.5ft by 10ft. Internet is included in the rent price. Hydro would be approximately an extra $50 approximately per month depending on electricity usage. Lockers need to be rented for a fee if required. Unit has a laundry machine which doubles as a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. For details and photos of amenities please visit the High Park Livmore site. Amenities include a fitness centre with a gym, swimming pool with lounge area and jacuzzi, as well as massage treatment rooms (massages aren't included in rent price and must be booked online for a fee.) The Clubhouse includes a music room, Tv room, billiards, art studio, kids playroom, business room, and a party room (party room is an additional fee). There are also BBQ's outside which can be used during the warmer months. Please only inquire if you like cats since I live with a bengal. Unfortunately, I cannot accept roommates with pets since there is no guarantee they would get along well with my cat. Please send me a message if interested.
