Angie Has a Townhouse for Rent

Mid-thirties lady working full-time. I love reading, watching movies, trivia, karaoke, game nights, vegan cuisine, and traveling. I make an effort to be considerate and respectful of home in general, but especially shared spaces & cleaning responsibilities. I also try to be conservative with utilities, such as not leaving lights on or water running when I'm not using it, etc. What I'm looking for: Someone who shares the same cohabitating values & principles; respects designated quiet hours; and is generally clean & responsible. First & last month's rent + security deposit equal to one month's rent. Prefer vegan or vegetarian housemates, but not necessary (may just have to have separate cookware lol).
