Oprah Has a Flat for Rent

We are a young(ish) professional couple in our early 30s looking to rent out our spare room in a very friendly but chilled home! We have a cat that you don’t see much of and our house has a lovely warm feel to it! We are looking for someone who’s laid back, likes to chat but is also happy to lead their own life! We are well versed about the area and ready to answer any questions! There’s a great size kitchen, a living room, a good size garden! The room we offering is furnished with a bed, drawers, side table and a nice sized mirror!
