Caprice Has a House for Rent

I’m a single woman in a 2 bd 1 ba house. My parents live on my property in their own home. A family friend and her dog also live in my property in their own home. We all shared common outdoor space. Although we live separately we get together for dinners throughout the week. In the warmer months we bbq together and dine on the patio together. SDSU is 2.3 miles/3.7 kilometers away. About 30 minutes by public transportation. There are restaurants, shopping, nightlife, parks and hiking nearby also. I myself work full time as a hairstylist and in my free time I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, yoga, surfing, dining out, wine tasting, live music, movies and our zoo. I’m a native to San Diego with a fun close family who I spend a lot of time with. My house has wifi, Central Heat/AC, laundry and a yard. Your room has a Double bed, desk, lamp, tv, side table and a closet. I look forward to making your stay welcoming and comfortable.
