Silver Ensuite - Has a Flat for Rent

The Silver Ensuite room contains an en-suite, small double bed, wardrobe, shelving, study desk and chair. It is situated on the basement/lowest floor of the building. Set within a 4 or 7 bed flat, you’d share the kitchen and lounge area with your flatmates. The 4 bed flat’s kitchen and lounge are in the same room, whereas the 7 bed flat’s kitchen and lounge are separate. All rooms have up to 250 MB Wi-Fi, which is included in your rent along with all other utility bills and contents insurance. This helps offer you hassle-free living, knowing your bills are already covered! The Silver Ensuite room is for you if you’re wanting a brand new en-suite, and a lounge area to relax in after a hard day studying! The basement floor/level will mean your bedroom window view may be at road or basement/underground level.
