Pou Has a House for Rent

Welcome to Canada ! Our house is nice, cozy and warm. It’s a charming two-story home, nestled in a quiet, leafy family friendly neighborhood that offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. It is located in the north Scarborough area in Toronto. It's walkable distance to all amenities including bus stops, grocery stores, banks, shopping, library, parks etc and only 15-20 mins drive to schools, colleges, and universities. We had been hosting international students since past many years. All our current guests had been staying for more than a year; with at least one of them staying for more than 3 years now ! At present, a furnished large private basement room is available for long term rent, it is spacious, bright and clean, fully furnished with Double Closet, Bed, Mattress, Blanket, Desk, Chair, Mirror etc. The rent is $800/per month which includes all Utilities (water, electricity, heat, A/C), Wifi and use of washer/dryer. Bathroom, Kitchen and Laundry rooms are shared with other guests. Parking is extra $50/per month if required. Smoking/vaping/drugs/pets/guests are not allowed. The place is suitable for a female student or fresh graduate, as all other guests are also female students. We are looking for only those guests who are responsible, respectful and clean. They should be ready to contribute, share cleaning duties and follow house rules. As part of the joining process, first and last month rent, IDs etc are required. Our family includes myself, my spouse, grandma and kids. I am a teacher who enjoys teaching elementary school children and exploring the latest tech trends. Our kids like watching cartoons, are enthusiastic about sports and outdoor activities, so you might spot a bicycle, a soccer ball or two in the yard. In our free time, we enjoy hiking, reading, and playing board games as a family. We believe in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and we look forward to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
