Eco Household for Cat Lovers

I'm a fairly easy going landlady, I've rented spare rooms in my houses for a number of years so I know what works for me and what doesn't. I'm looking for lodgers who are focussed and in their lane / working towards their goals/successes. I'm open to discussing some things; like organising schedules and making sure the household runs smoothly but if I say no to something or ask for something to be done a certain way I'm not interested in people arguing with me or wanting to discuss it, it is my house and my home and also my two elderly cats' homes too so I'm looking out for their interests and what's best for them and the house and my belongings. I'm looking for lodgers who are either mature students and need somewhere quiet to live while they finish their degrees/PhD's etc, or who are established professionals who have moved to the area for work and are looking for a stepping stone home while they find somewhere they want to settle into long term. Lodgers must be already practicing a lower footprint lifestyle or at the very least open to living in an eco-friendly, zero waste, water conservation way (for example I save the shower water to flush the toilets, and wash the dishes with water from hot water bottles). I cook all my meals and am aware that many people don't have the time/skills/confidence to do that so I'm very happy to cook a big pot of whatever I'm making and share as long as people contribute to ingredients, I don't want lodgers who live off of ready meals or takeaways - your body is a temple and you need to feed it well, most of the depression/anxiety issues we see in western societies are because of the way our food sources have been colonised and the nutrients have been sucked out of the food provided in capitalist societies. I am a socialist and am anti all the genocides happening all around the world that are backed by and being perpetrated by our western governments. I volunteer at a number of local community gardening projects and sing with a couple of choirs in the city centre but most of the time I'm at home renovating the house and keeping my two elderly kittens company :)
