Andrea Has a House for Rent

Hello! I've had a lot of experience living with people over the years, and I feel confident in my communication skills as well as my ability to respect other boundaries. I like to keep my living space clean and organized, and am a generally quiet person. _____ Hello! My name is Andrea. I'm 30 years old and work full time. I have a $987/month room available in my 2 bedroom house in the Cully neighborhood. It includes a backyard, a full basement, a garage, off street parking, and laundry hookups! Cully is a very quiet and safe community in NE Portland, and the neighbors and very helpful and friendly! My old roommate is planning to move on due to new things in their life, so you would be taking over their half of the lease. The lease renews May 15th (we still pay rent on the 1st of the month), but you can absolutely move in sooner! I am a very quiet, clean, and calm person to live with. I never have parties and rarely have guests. I have two very sweet cats, so no pets please, although I am open to discuss exceptions.
