Livvy Has a House for Rent

This is a three bedroom townhouse located in Scarborough, Ontario. The furnish 1 bedroom basement with private washroom, living space and kitchenette is available for homestay guest. There is no private entrance to basement. Main entrance is shared with host. I have three grown children, one of whom lives with me I'm looking to host ‘International homestay only!’ to exchange some international experience while hosting. Payment for period of stay is due immediately upon arrival. A 50% security deposit is also required LAUNDRY is NOT included! Access to Laundromat is less than 10 mins away! Check in before noon hour on Weekdays!
