Beverley (Koko) Has a House for Rent

My name is Koko and my home is 45 mins by train/tube from Central London. There is also a Night Bus 176 24 hours for all the party people. I host 2 students at any given time. I have a Twin Room and a Single Room. NO STAY OVER WHATSOEVER OF GIRLFRIENDS/BOYFRIENDS I ONLY DO SINGLES. NO COUPLES. My area is a beautiful place to live and work. Trust me on that. It is awesome. I strongly believe in been honest so I have to let you know this. Please note and very important. If you are person who will be around the home Monday - Friday all day then I cannot let you have a room. People usually go to work working hours or if you are a student school. Hanging around every single day at home not going to work with me am afraid. Do apologise. Please note my home is KEPT ULTRA CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. My rooms are very beautiful and clean. And my students/guest love staying at my home. Because I am very friendly, very caring and whilst my students/guest are happy I am happy. Your happiness staying in my home is very important to me. And I take A LOT of pride in Hosting Students. All students are given a house door key. I am not a photographer so I show you the inside of both rooms. And I do have a beautiful home. Come and see for yourself you will love it here. That I guarantee you. Please note check out time is 10am. Check in time is whenever you choose I will work with your time. My students do not do their own laundry; I do all laundry for them. Also the cleaning. After all you are here to have fun, work or study. I dont see the need to charge students/guests to clean my home that is not right. My rooms are spacious and all my students enjoy staying with me. My local area is described by students as a Village. Meaning they loved it here. And with the transportation in my area being very good, it's a great place to live. Everything at your convenience. I have lived in this area for 6 years. Kerdal enjoys, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, reading, socialising, travel, and exercise. I have my own Business I am a social worker. House Rules: My house rules to be 100% honest is COMMON SENSE. What you would not like someone else doing in your home dont do it in someone else home. Remember you are not living alone. Kitchen Rules: No cooking in the kitchen after 9PM. Reason for that. Dinner time is usually early so why would someone want/need to cook in a kitchen after 9PM?? The entire house will get smelly with food and others might be in there rooms trying to go to sleep with food scent. To avoid any problems free from the Kitchen after 9PM no food whatsover is to be cooked in there. And if you do cook before 9PM it is your responsibility to clean the kitchen and leave it as clean as you got it. After 9PM kitchen is close. I have to get it ready for the next day and it would not be fair to be up waiting on others to finish. Thanks for reading. Any questions whatsoever even if it sound silly to you its still a question. I do the laundry for you for free I live in a terrance house on a very quiet street, my surroundings is very green and spacious. There are great parks nearby and great walking woodlands, if you would like to go long walks!!! The amenities in the area are great and the distance to dulwich, crystal palace and brixton are not far from me. There are plenty of restaurants and take away to choice from in crystal palace and brixton and don't forget the transport links to get to central london is five minutes away. The area boast of brilliant transport links for now and the coming future ( cross rail - Elizabeth line) easy access to catch links to get to places like heathrow airport.
