My current roommate and I are very easygoing as long as you keep your area clean and help out with common areas. We’re past our party years but don’t really mind what you do as long as it doesn’t bother the neighbors. I work in restaurants so I have a late schedule and he works from 9-5. Your room comes with unlimited access to the garage, which is built into the rent. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of families and space. It measures at about 2200 square feet so we’re never on top of each other, as long as you take care of your business there will be no issues!
