Joanna Has a House for Rent

Ground floor double bedroom plus shared living area (with wood burner) in spacious Victorian 2 bedroom terraced cottage with lovely garden, sea views – and about 15 minutes walk from Hastings Old Town. The room contains: A small double bed with 6 drawers and new memory foam mattress, desk with drawers, office chair, big fold-out table, bookcase and a large wardrobe. You’ll share with me – I’m a 60 year old female living a quiet life and trying to write a book, while working full-time with people in mental health crisis. I have my own living room/study upstairs so the house works well as two almost separate apartments with shared kitchen and bathroom, and there’s a loo downstairs too.
